Assisted Permanent Observer Mission of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the United Nations with Ambassador Count Jose Linati-Bosch in establishing diplomatic contacts with Pacific Island Nations Marshall Islands, Kiribati and Micronesia. Coordinate Medical and Humanitarian aid for the Pacific region. Establish diplomatic relations with nations whom did not have existing diplomatic relation with SMOM, making the SMOM truly a global group.
Program of the Sovereign Order of Malta. Advocated and coordinated over US$ 1 million medical aid from US charities to pacific island nations.
